  • I wasn't the one who booked them, but ended up paying. Apparently, even if services are booked 5 hours in advance, AZ Limo (in the stupidest business practice I've ever heard of) will wait until AFTER the drop-off to run the credit card--so we didn't even know anything was wrong until we were back in the van for pickup. The driver will make you wait 15 minutes while he painfully fills out a paper form with new credit information (and then can't even figure out how to get it to his boss so we have to do it for him). Other fun features of the night: -Driver told us he'd be available for early pickup, but didn't mention that "early" would still mean a 40 minute wait (which real-time, turns out to be an hour). -Driver will tell you he's parked and waiting for you at a certain location, and then when you arrive at the location to find he's not there, "oops, I guess I'm still 5 minutes out" (which turns into another 10 minutes). -If you're the poor sob who had to pony up the card because the first one didn't go through, and call to confirm services and provide feedback on your experience the next day, expect HORRIBLE customer service. I was already frustrated by the previously nights' experience, but this guy made it so much worse. I misunderstood a few of the services, so didn't include that here, but when trying to clarify exactly what I paid for, this guy was argumentative, combative and rude from the get-go. Instead of handling the clarification process nicely, ("I'm sorry it took forever to run your friend's card and that services didn't go smoothly: here's what you paid for") he actively tried to make it seem like I was stupid for not understanding the services (duh, I'm not the one who booked it). TL; DR: If you want smooth, hassle-free rides and friendly/understanding customer service, don't use AZ Limo.
