  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE RECEPTIONIST. I am new to the area and decided to try this place out because of the great reviews it had. My appointment was set for 3 pm, I showed up at 2:50 pm. When I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude. First she tried to say I had been there before, because apparently someone with the same name as me had been there before in 2014. Then as I sat waiting for my stylist, I overheard her whispering to multiple people that worked there, saying she was sure I had been there before. Anyway, 3 pm rolled around, neither the receptionist or the stylist had even checked in with me, then 3:15 pm rolled around and same thing, no one checked in on me. Time is valuable to me, if you ask me to show up at 3 pm, then be ready at 3 pm and if you're not ready, at least let me know that you're running a little late or that you're not done with your client yet. However, no contact at all, plus the receptionist was really rude, which was a complete turn off from this place. I didn't like the vibe and the lack of customer service from this place. If she didn't want to give me the 10 dollar new client discount that's fine, I don't care it's just 10 dollars, I could care less. I'll give you 20 extra dollars if that's what she was asking for as long as I get a good hair cut, but no thanks, I'll take my business and money elsewhere.
