The wife and I made it over to True Food the other morning for brunch and had a nice experience. Looks like Yelp! needs to revise the hours of operation because my app said they were closed, but we called and sure enough, they do serve brunch.
Our server was very helpful and explained the philosophy behind the True Food experience for us. We started off with some tasty fruity beverages that were refreshing, if not a little weird.
We ordered the Greek frittata and the chicken hash. The frittata was OK, and the hash was very good. Maybe too much squash in the hash...
We finished off our brunch with a single blueberry johnnie cake that was pretty awesome and was only 2 bucks forth single cake. Very tasty.
Overall a nice place to enjoy meal, albeit a little on the pricey side. Also, a tasty and healthy alternative to breakfast (no slab bacon here) that is a nice change of pace. I may not be rushing back here anytime soon, but I would certainly eat here again.
