  • Readers should really make an effort to shop at local independent bookstores but this can be difficult of cumbersome when prices are inflated, stock is scarce, and they aren't conventionally locates. That's not the case here. I LOVE this bookstore. They have used and new books, which allows you to shop on a budget. Their customer service is stellar and I've never had difficult acquiring a book. Not only that but they have two locations which can be convenient from virtually anywhere in the valley. Also, they are constantly engaging with the community and have a monthly newsletter with events they schedule. They host writing workshops at the Phoenix location which also happens to have a bar. It's like heaven in there.
