HORRIBLE! I was on vacation and decided to stop by the vegas premium outlets. I absolutely love pacsun and so I stopped by there. However, when I came to pay, the machine wasn't taking my credit card and we kept trying until they finally found out that their machine was BROKEN when the customer next to me tried to pay and her card wasn't working either. So, the manager that day told us to come back at eight or a little before they closed. So, we ended up having to come back to find that they couldn't get the register working. They said that they would be able to keep the items on hold and would try to ship it out because we had to leave that night. The next day, back at home, I called the pacsun at vegas to inquire about yesterday and my items on hold. They then said that they WOULD NOT ship out the items. This had me mad because firstly, they had said that they would try to get the items to us. Secondly, it wasn't our fault that the machine wasn't working. We even offered to pay cash the night before but they still declined. I'm disappointed because I came and found the best Brandy Melville items and ended up not being able to take them home. :/
