Excellent contemporary bar with a suave Asian feel! We stopped in here on our way back to our hotel for a drink that turned into a deluxe sushi dinner! The level of service sets a standard for hotel bars, they were very accommodating to my FODMAP food restrictions giving access to the hotel restaurant menu as the bar menu had no options. We started with a glass of Konig Ludwig of Germany which was light while still strong with a great taste and a Moscow Mule straight up vodka, lime and ginger beer which was way to easy to drink with an excellent bite! Our bartender Corbin was exceptional. Such a welcoming personality perhaps from being a 5th generation bartender which is why he landed in Vegas, he's been at MO since just before the hotels opening. Our sushi was fantastic California and spider rolls plus a custom request for an eel and avocado roll. While waiting for our dinner we tasted a lovely mocktail of watermelon/cucumber/ginger beer that I could have drank all night! I hope I can find a reason to come back to the 23rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental again soon!!!
