I went along with my wife to this dealership to buy a car. I don't like to haggle over price, so I told the salesman about a number I thought was gonna get him to agree quickly without the typical shuttle negotiation tactics. He did so and we went to the finance guy to sign the bill of sale. After discovering that we made the mistake of bi-weekly vs bi-monthly (twice a month) payment calculations, we had cold feet. We politely expressed our concern to the finance gentleman who wanted to help and went to his boss. The boss walked in and immediately proceeded to bully us, using aggressive and condescending language. I decided to walk out when the salesman walked in and defensively started yelling, expressing how he was honest and transparent (I never claimed otherwise, but I guess he hears these types of accusations a lot). They could have politely declined to adjust their prices and we would have left on semi-good terms. However, their vulturistic demeanour seems to imply that they were either trying to intimidate us or otherwise just lash out because we didn't agree to their deal.
Bottom line, avoid this dealership like the plague! I know that many other dealerships will also have these types, but these guys bring it to another level. I'm in the process of writing to Acura to bring the actions of these "representatives" to their attention. Oh yeah, and we won't be buying an Acura!
