  • Great work, Mr. Lube! I went today for an oil change, and what I really appreciate about Mr. Lube is the service. I was 4 cars deep in the waiting line, and a guy came out with a newspaper to chat with me. He said that it may take about 45 minutes at the longest to get in. It may be sooner, but it could be up to 45 minutes. I appreciated that a lot, because at least I had an opportunity to decide if I was staying or going, based on that timeline. I chose to stay. The guy gave me a newspaper and was on his way. It was about a 30 minute wait, but I was pleasantly amused with my paer and my ipod. When it was my turn, the staff members explained what they were doing every step of the way, before they sent them on their way. This is not my first visit to Mr. Lube, but it definately won't be my last.
