  • My 2 stars are for the time taken on my nails. Even though i didnt really feel like it was a good job i do feel like there was much effort. The loss of stars is for the horrible pedicure lady i got. First of all she was rude. Lots of rolling eyes and she was being rough with my feet. Ofcourse she wanted to start trying to be nice towards the end when she knew it was time to get paid and get a tip. She offered me callus remover at an extra charge and she so gently tickled my feet with the scrubber. Wow u mean to tell me as rough as you have been with my feet the whole time u actually had it in you to be gentle? My heels felt the same afterward. One of my big toes was crooked in the end and the gel polish i got didnt touch my cuticles. Thats a big pet peeve to me because they looked like i had been wearing them for a week n a half already. She didnt want to give me the amount of coats i asked for on my gel polish. She asked for an explanation as to why i felt it needed a third coat. She acted a bit surprised when i told her im using a yelp discount at the end. Yep sorry chick im leaving ur sorry ass a review and no u didnt get a tip and im notorious for leaving 20$ tips. I appreciate good service when its given and im a loyal customer. So hopefully her painting my toes so far from the cuticle wasnt a ploy to get me to return faster because i wont be back at all. She also kept getting up to do other things during my pedi which was very prolonged and annoying. She left me soaking in water for over 10 min many times. Wish i would have got her name to include in the review because she was that rude. Even though i dont speak her language she made it so obvious with her eye rolls and snares that she was talking major shit about me in my face. If she doesnt want to do her job she shouldnt come to work because its not fair that i spend my money on unsatisfactory service. Hated my nails and pedicure. I wont even be filling the nails i plan to remove them fully and getting a full set by better techs at a diff location
