If I could put zero I would. I have been on hold several times for the last week for over 40 min each time waiting for someone to pick up as I am trying to reach somebody to discuss a heart procedure that my cardio Doc says I need and they have turned me down. Very Stressful as He states that this is a time issue and needs prompt attention. I would love if someone at health Plan would just answer my calls and Help as I know I pay several hundred dollars per month for this service.
