I wanted to give more stars.
Check in was okay. They asked for my room number and a credit card on file. When I checked out, they had neither so I'm not sure what the exercise was about when I checked in.
The gal who toured me through the locker, lounge, and spa was super nice, very polite, and pleasant. Both attendants were very attentive and courteous.
The therapist. Her name was Chris. Very strong hands and I was anxious for this 80 minute session. I'm not an an expert but she spent a lot of time doing touch therapy. Perhaps I wanted an aggressive massage which I explained to her up front that I have tired shoulders and back from working in an office. I think she did her best work on my legs and feet. Overall I think she did a good job but I've had more motivated, fresh therapists where they can feel your tired areas and put the work in.
Therapy room. This must have been why I deducted two stars. There appeared to be a shower treatment room where you can hear the water valves through the wall. It was louder than the music and very distracting. I couldn't relax for the first 45 minutes.
Would I pay $195++ for another 80 minute massage here? Probably not and that's unfortunate because I really wanted a good experience.
Facilities. Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, shower, blow driers galore. My only complaint is no face lotion and the body lotion left me smelling musky like an old cowboy boot.
