I was truly a traveler in distress. Engine light on and due in Cleveland in 5 hours.. After being turned away by the rude people at Shultz Ford down the street, I pulled in on a a chance that they had a hand held computer to put an analysis my "engine light problem". They were super nice and had the problem pin pointed in 5 minutes (bad oxygen sensor switch). The manager turned the light off and I was on my way. Can't beat that for friendly service. I will go out of my way to visit them again.
