| - My elderly mother went to this store to send a package UPS, signature required, on a very expensive item. For some reason, they advised her to sent the package USPS, no signature required, first class. They did not give her a tracking number, which was the whole point of her going to the store, and the parcel was lost in the mail.
I called the store to see if they could find the tracking number, but they could not find the records. At first, when I called, the clerk said he needed the specific day, later he claimed to have searched the entire month in just a few minutes. I got the impression he was just trying to get me off the phone. It didn't sound like he really checked. I don't know what happened, but I could tell that he could care less about the situation.
In the end, I should have driven from Southern California to Las Vegas to pick up the package myself and drive back. It would have been cheaper, less stressful, and less time consuming. I will never do business with this organization in the future.
