  • Transparent, Helpful, Quality and Flexible - Kudos Ralph Beerbower! Transparent: I've gone to other car dealerships during my car hunting quest and no other dealership was as transparent as CarMax during the financing process. They simply typed in my information and within a minute or two I got an approval from a bank. Helpful: I found a vehicle that was perfect and I did NOT want them to sell it. They were able to hold the vehicle for me without any hassle. They would have held it for up to a week for me if I needed. Quality: This is my second vehicle with CarMax, the first at this location. Their used cars have the absolute BEST quality! I've never had any issue in the past, and it looks to be the same way with my new car. Flexible: Like most dealerships they work with a set amount of banks when it comes to their financing. I was approved for financing, but with a $5000 down payment for a 2014 Model car. Ralph recommended that I try a company called RoadLoans because they work with people with bad credit. I never heard of RoadLoans and definitely wouldn't have trusted applying for anything online. I applied and was approved instantly for a 2016 model car that actually cost more and my down payment requirement was only $700. If it wasn't for them thinking outside of the box I would still be in my old car. Not only did Ralph help me find a great car, he taught me a little more about the buying process. Instead of pushing me towards a specific vehicle, he educated me on my loan requirements so that I could make the choice on my own which is VERY empowering for consumers! I would recommend CARMAX to everyone!
