Visited for restaurant week. My family and i all ordered the filet mignon with soup or salad with a side of mashed potatoes and chocolate mouse for dessert. We also ordered a side of sweet potato casserole. Our experience: the atmosphere was very nice and friendly even on a busy Wednesday night for restaurant week. No issues with service. Ceasar salad was good but did not care to much for the shrimp and lobster bisque. I did not like the color or care to much for the flavor. The soup was just okay but would not get it again. Our steaks were prepared and cooked to perfection! The mashed potatoes were prepared with a horse radish which none of us cared for. I finished mine but my wife and daughter did not. The big hit was the side of sweet potato casserole which pretty much could be considered a dessert because it was so sweet and delicious. Desert was chocolate mousse. We compared the mousse to Mortons downtown where we dined on Monday. Both Mortons and Sullivan's mousse were delicious but my wife and daughter preffered Sullivan's and I picked Mortons mousse as the winner. I thought Mortons was richer and had more flavor. We will definitely go back and reccomend Sullivan's.
