  • I purchased a new desk from Office Depot to replace a smaller desk I had also purchased from Office Depot seven years ago. Remembering how my old desk took about six hours to assemble myself, I had Office Depot contract KRP Assembly to assemble my new desk for me. Keith and his partner were very friendly and came to my apartment on time to begin the assembly. When I asked what the ETA would be, they said 30 minutes. I was in shock by this response and doubted that they would be finished in 30 minutes. I had put together the hutch portion of the desk myself the previous day (to avoid an extra charge for installation), and Keith offered to install it for me, even though he was not obligated to. As I predicted, they did not finish in 30 minutes.... they finished in 25 minutes!! It's been awhile since I've been legitimately shocked, but they shocked me with how they fully assembled an L-shaped desk with a million pieces in 25 minutes plus installing the hutch which they did not have to do! I signed off on their services and they were on their way. These guys do not play and are the pros. They are awesome, and I am simply satisfied. I will definitely utilize them in the future.
