  • (5-16-17) So I have worked in the medical field for years so when it comes to Wait times I understand and don't get impatient. The problem I have is the girl at the front desk this morning wearing a black sweater. She has NO customer skills and is very short and rude with everyone she came in counter with. Unfortunately it looks like this is a problem with this location since all the reviews are not good, so management must not care. I always said if people or a high pace office frustrates you, then maybe you shouldn't do customer care or even patient care!!!!!!!!!
