  • Yelp led me to Anyplace Auto, they come to me?! Sweet. I knew I needed my car looked at, engine light on, running a little rough. Didn't want to be one of those owners who ignore things like this. I work 7-4 and luckily they got to me earlier than scheduled, extra points for that. The guy found me and got to work running diagnostics. He was very nice, put me at ease as I explained how the car ran as well as I could with not really being auto savvy. Less than an hour, I found out I needed a new battery (it looked awful) and catalytic converter (oy!). The guy told me to just reach out to them again and they could schedule the necessary repairs and he gave me a range of cost for the part I needed. I didn't feel any pressure from him to schedule that day or guilt trip about the state of my vehicle. Really, they were upfront about the cost of coming out and gave me information for fixing the car. This visit was worth the $ and put me at ease and now I have a clear path to getting my vehicle to 100%. I will be having them do the repair soon, and have no doubts that experience will mirror this one. Recommend.
