  • The service department would not honor a coupon I had after it had expired a couple of months ago. Yes, it expired but I did not know this at the time of dropping off my car this morning. I go by my car's reminders on when to get an oil change and that is when I brought in my car. I had used two of the three oil changes I bought as a package but the third one came after the expiration date and they will not honor it. A one year expiration for 3 oil changes? That math doesn't add up. I am very disappointed and will go back to driving all the way to Findlay Acura in Henderson for all of my service needs.
