  • The person that came to clean my carpets was over an hour late because he forgot a part at another client and had to go back to retrieve it. When he finally got to my house he cleaned the carpets but WENT TO THE BATHROOM IN MY TOILET AND DID NOT FLUSH IT; didn't even put the lid to the toilet back down. I had JUST had a maid come since this was a home we were moving into, so I'm very aware that every tiny fleck of filth in that bathroom came from him. I can't even begin to say how absolutely disgusted I am with this human and with this company in general. Anyone would have to be completely out of their mind to use them. Do not walk, RUN from this company!
