  • I really wanted to like this place, it's so cute when you walk in. unfortunately I've had one too many bad experiences. I was getting a fill and mid-way through my technician began to tend to an other client (a wax). I assumed it was just brow and should not take much longer than 6-7 minutes and they were short staffed, no big deal- I'll wait. 15 minutes passed and I was getting restless, I complained and no action was taken. After another 20 minutes I collected my stuff and left, not before making a scene and calling the manager. 40 minuets of waiting and rude treatment and no manicure. I left with my nails half done. would never recommend a friend I wanted to keep to this place. The place looks very good, but the employes are rude and unprofessional.
