After reading a few reviews I'm glad I'm not the only one who experience poor customer service - and immediately! The initial greeting should NEVER make me feel unwelcome. Poor customer service from the woman working the front desk. As a first-time visitor she made me feel dumb with an eye-roll when I said I had never been there before and proceeded to be un-welcoming throughout our visit.
On the plus side - the gentleman (Alex) who trained us on the equipment was amazing! He laid out the instructions very well and made us feel at ease.
I was a fan of the facilities but the initial experience definitely dampened my overall experience for this place. May not be back.
