  • Like someone said below.....if there was a way to give ZERO stars I would. We didn't have a choice when working with Del Grosso's since we bought a new home and all of our options had to be chosen from them. Extremely poor workmanship from the beginning. There were different workers at our house every day...no one was ever the same. We paid to upgrade many things in our home....which was a waste considering the horrific work that was done. I can't even count how many different work orders we placed based on our kitchen cabinets and flooring alone. Things were installed incorrectly or not even installed at all. Towards the end of a year long process I gave up on waiting for the final cabinet they were supposed to install. To top it all off their "Customer Service Manager" Devin is the exact opposite of customer service. He treated us horribly and continually blamed us for things his people had installed wrong. Every phone conversation we had with him ended in us hanging up on him while he was yelling at us. God help you if you get assigned to work with him. Stay away from this place if at all possible and save yourself many, many headaches.
