  • Upset that they leave mobile orders behind the counter. This totally defeats the mobile order purpose. Then I have to stand there and wait to get attention. They are all so busy, so sometimes I'm standing there for 4-6 minutes...just waiting to get someone's attention to hand me my preordered coffee. I might as well stand in line with everyone else.
