I have a group reservation and was able to add on nights to one person's room yesterday, no problem. But today when I need to cancel two of the rooms I get the complete go-around, making multiple calls, being put on hold, being hung up on, and finally being put into someone's voice mail who I have no idea who they are. I also want to pay for a couple rooms in advance and they say this is something they can't do. So frustrated and I haven't even stayed there yet! It will be my second stay, the first was less than great but we stay there due to their location right next to the convention center. My advice to all who want to sleep - bring earplugs! Walls are paper thin. Also we decided to book our VIP suite at the Cosmo this year instead as rates were MUCH better.
