Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. I was assigned to Appliance Rescue / 800 Appliance by Whirlpool for a check on my new washer. It's been 10 days and I still haven't even received SERVICE. They reschedule without approval, don't come when they promise and then LOST the rescheduled appointment. This has costs me significant time and money and yet their manager, Anthony, who is based in California barely had the decency to apologize. If you value your time, do NOT do business with this company! They cannot appropriately manage their schedule, communicate with customers or even keep an appointment.
