  • I am writing this review as a current resident!! Currently this morning I decided to write a review because I have woken up this morning and our water is off. There was no letter sent out stating this was goimg to happen, or how long the water will be off. This also isnt the first time it has happened. Our air conditioner broke in the apartment. After calling a million times it took them 4 days to get the air guy out here to fix it. 4 DAYS WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING IN 112 DEGREE WEATHER!?! not okay!! The maintenance is also horrible and they snitch on you to the front office if anything out of your apartment isnt the way they want it. You dont know how much your rent is gonna be until you get your letter in the mail. Im currently paying 1200 for an apartment that ive living in for 4 years, no new appliances, new carpet, New ANYTHING!! ITS A HORRIBLE APARTMENT TO LIVE IN!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
