  • American Airlines cancelled our flight 4201 on 12/27 after delaying it several times. Traveling with a 2 yr old and 9 month old baby. They told us they would put us on another flight, only to end up on a bus to Norfolk. We arrived at the Charlotte airport at noon and got on the bus at 6pm. We ended up getting home around 1:00am. Our bus ride home was horror as well. The driver refused to turn on the heater and my feet were completely numb. We all tried to hurry off the bus to get into the Norfolk airport to warm up. This was the worst trip ever!
