  • This was my third home purchase and my first in Nevada. I looked through the HUGE inventory of Las Vegas homes, both new and resell and settled on Fox Hills Estates by American West, due to their competitive pricing and their wonderful architectural style, which suited me perfectly. The whole process was great from beginning to end. The American West Agent, Andrew Misko, was a pleasure to work with. In addition to his charisma and charming personality, he was always available when I needed him and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire home buying process. On one of my visits to the Fox Hills community, I actually met the Executive Vice President of Sales, Dan Welsh. He was out visiting the sales team; What a friendly and personable guy! It was nice to see him interacting with his team. This is something you would only find in a locally owned family company like American West. As I was moving from California and I couldn't be on-site most of the time, Andrew worked closely with me to keep me apprised of any situations that arose which needed my swift response. He also worked to push up the date of my Home Walk-Through. Jerry Vazquez, who performed my walk through was fantastic. He took his time and showed me all the aspects of the house that I needed to be aware of and how to use the warranty if needed. Overall, American West worked closely with my Pool Builder, Mortgage Company, Real Estate Agent and Title Company to bring all of it together for a positive overall experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my move to Las Vegas and look forward to many more wonderful years here in my American West home.
