rev:text	I understand that this place usually receives great reviews, and as an avid Yelper, this is the exact reason why I chose to go here. But my experience was less than satisfactory. I received a vintage Gucci purse as a present not too long ago, and wanted to have it restored to where I could wear it. I wanted to have it cleaned, there were rusty spots on the fabric, and wanted to add new leather straps to it (the fashion as a handheld is a little outdated). I took it here, and met with the guy (who is the only one there?) He had a stockpile of projects to work on, and told me it would be about a week for the work that I was requesting. He also mentioned that it would be between $30-$40 to "test" the cleaning material on the fabric, and that it may or may not work. Keep in mind, this is a small bag. maybe a foot wide. I was dissapointed, but wanted to wear the bag so badly that I left it with him and decided that it was worth the price. A week later, I had still not heard from him. I called the store to see when it would be ready, and he told me he hadnt' even STARTED on it. I grudgingly agreed to wait another week for it...and kept telling myself that if he had that much work to do, he clearly was popular and good at it. Another week went by, and nothing. This time, I came straight to the store. He told me again that he hadn't had time to start it, and that "honestly, it might not be worth it anyways". I paid nothing and left. It was a massive waste of two weeks of time. I am sure that I will be able to find another great place that will accomodate to what I'd like done. It's unfortunate that this place was not able to.
