  • My husband and I went in today to check out their apartments. We are looking to downgrade to save some extra money for a home and this place looked perfect online and it was just okay in person. The receptionist in the office gave me a weird vibe. She wasn't friendly at all I could see straight through her fakeness. The 2bd 2ba is large for the price, however, she mentioned that every single apartment is different so we wouldn't even know what our apartment looks like until we moved in which is really sketchy. The model apartment she showed us also happens to be the only apartment in the entire building that's "upgraded" according to her and I wouldn't call it much of an upgrade. I asked if they had a pest problem and her response was "there are roaches everywhere, it's Vegas". Umm first off, that's not true.. I understand if there are occasional cockroaches outside but roaches inside is not normal and I just can't take that chance. I could already tell there would be a list of issues if we move here. If your budget allows it I would recommend looking elsewhere. *she also told us there had been no complaints about roaches and now that I'm online reading the reviews THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT ROACHES. Wow that explains the terrible stench in the leasing office...straight lied right to our face.
