rev:text	New to the area and had our 1st visit. Our appointment time was 3:30 pm. No greeting or acknowledgement upon arrival. After being told, "Someone will be with you shortly" twice, the doctor finally appeared 52 minutes later saying, "Sorry for the wait.". The doctor was nice, the facility very clean and the front clerks nice BUT there is no excuse for a 52 minute wait without a legitimate reason or sincere apology. Very bad first impression for sure.
