I called last night to purchase 2 bowls I had put on hold and wanted to take advantage of the 25% off. I had a sick kid at home and realized I couldn't get there. I spoke with the Manager who told me "we don't do that" and basically the only option for me was to come there and buy the bowls in person. So they were basically unwilling to sell me the bowls unless there in person. They wouldn't take my money or even hold them for me until the next day. I ended up going there and asked the girl who rang me up why do they have this policy, she seemed to have no clue. I've been shopping in this store for 15 years. I think I will hit the other location from now on. Very disappointed.
