  • I went in for an appointment to do a red ombre. I was pretty giddy because I hadn't done anything so adventurous with my hair. When I told the ladies at the front desk my name, they stared at me blankly and told me they had me down for the following week. Instead of thanking me for coming in or saying that they'd be happy to see me next week, they didn't say anything else and continued their conversations. It was such a let-down--brusque to the point of rudeness. I took my business elsewhere (Salon D' Shayn) and would advise you do the same.
