  • Do yourself a huge favor and buy your furniture from this location. Each and every customer service representative was attentive and friendly and most of all helpful. I worked with Jair from start to finish. I couldn't say enough positive things about this young man. I do not like to shop (especially for furniture) and I was very tired from a long day of work. But walking into their store, Jair's attitude and friendliness made the trip worthwhile. I was not an "easy" customer to deal with as he had made arrangements for me and I changed my mind, deciding to come back a week later. Regardless of this he (and everyone else) worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. I'd also like to make note that other customers seemed very happy, and while Jair went to make arrangements for my order, the other service reps came over and talked with me like we were friends while I waited. MOST IMPORTANTLY: My 9 piece dining room set was delivered in under a week! Jair placed a rush on it but it still could have taken much longer. It was delivered and set up quickly by two nice professional young men as soon as it arrived in their warehouse. It is a beautiful brand new Coaster set that I am very satisfied with. I will return to this location when I decide to buy my next piece of furniture. You would be crazy not to shop at this location.
