  • Oversold from the getgo. Sales person is and was the only decent guy in the bunch. Finance tried to pull the old; "Just ran your credit, your payment went from $375 to $425. Finance gal poured her boobs in my face and tried to upsell tires, clear coat, (really) and other garbage. Wife came in for first 5k free oil change, took TWO HOURS AND FIFTY FIVE MINUTES. No bargain there, woulda rather paid $30 locally for 3 hours of our life back. Second time free oil change at 10k took TWO HOURS Wow. As I sat no one said; Hi! Can I help you? Need a coffee? Water? Nada. Last time I buy a Hyundai and especially the last time I buy from LNH. Headed back to Hendrick where I get treated like a prince every time, (last 5 cars).
