  • I'm giving them one star because I can't give them zero. Warning, they are NOT trustworthy. Beware of their sneaky dealings. I had been looking for some time at cars and had several positive calls and emails with the sales staff at Bell. However when it came time to make a purchase they had hidden over $1,000 in additional taxes. Specifically the law in AZ is that you pat sales taxes on the difference between the price of the new car and the trade in. In my case they did not include the trade -in credit. On a trade-in worth $12,000 that is an ADDITIONAL $1,000 in extra sales tax. When I called them on it, they claimed it was a mistake because they "forgot to check a box" - but they did it twice. Buyer beware and look at every number they put in front of you. Or better yet, see Chase at Earnhardt instead.
