  • I rented from Forbes for 3 years. They did a good job. I felt the rent was reasonable. The service associated with the rent was good. The water heater went out one Sunday and they responded within hours. For minor issues, they responded within a reasonable amount of time. They regularly cleaned the common areas. Overall, I felt I received the quality of living I was paying for. When I moved out, I received all but $5 of my deposit. That was a little strange, but still acceptable. They indicated the $5 was a cleaning fee.
