  • We suffered through the night before calling Infinity in the morning. I called one other company but they weren't able to come out for 5 days The house was 89 degrees inside, in July, so I couldn't wait. I called Infinity and they said they could come that day. Richard was really professional and honest. He took the time to explain and show me the problem and hung around to make sure the house was cooling down after he fixed it. He even said that they really do take calls 24/7, which I was hesitant about. So don't wait and suffer like we did! I'm really happy the other company didn't work out I will definitely be using Infinity going forward. I'm always a little hesitant when a company has all 5 stars but this is very well deserved.
