| - I was in the market for a gas powered weed trimmer and since Home Depot on E McKellips is a half mile away from home, I'd get it there. I walked in and there was no greeter. When I got to them there was not an employee to be found. Since I'm getting around on a cane and not able to stand for more than a coupe of minutes, I actually thought I'd get some help. After 5 minutes an employee walked by and I asked for some help, he said he'd find someone right away to help me. Well, 6 minutes after that, I asked another employee for help, and she said she'd someone right over. Since nobody showed up in 5 minutes, I decided to leave. On the way out, there was a greeter who asked me if I needed help and I'm sure she did not like what I told her. I decided to go to Lowes and they couldn't have been nicer, and someone helped me get all I needed and even put it in my truck for me, and I saved over $80.00 on the purchase, to boot.. This is not the first time I've had problems with getting help at the E McKellips Home Depot, and I can guarantee this is the LAST time I'll to Home Depot.
