  • I contacted Hyperion Works because i was having trouble with a pc that was shutting off during operation. They diagnosed the problem (the video card was dying), replaced the graphics card and had it ready to go in 1-2 days...and all at a price that was more than generous. Because my first experience with them was so positive, i had them assemble a custom pc for me (they let me buy the parts and just charged me a flat fee for assembly and installing the operating system.....though they offer pre-built solutions as well for people that don't want to pick out their own parts). They had my new pc fully operational and ready to go the next day. From start to finish, i found all levels of service to exceed my expectations. One thing that i especially appreciated is that every single time that i called in, somebody answered the phone. Hyperion Works are knowledgeable and technically proficient, offer quick turn around times and are extremely affordable. I'll be using Hyperion Works for every computer related issue that I have for as long as i live in Phoenix.
