Nick (salesman) and Carlos (finance manager) or good people. they will do what they can to get you in the vehicle you want. what I liked about Nick was that he didn't try to make me feel pressured and made sure I knew about certain vehicles that would offer low payments, I appreciate that. when I told him I was only interested in the 2017 Corolla S he understood completely. did everything he could. Carlos expressed how truly excited he was for me and I could see he was doing everything he possibly could, making phone calls left and right and making the paperwork as clear and easy as possible. made sure I understood everything. A week after I the drove off the lot Carlos contacted me saying he was able to save me another 1,200 in the long run, showing me that he still continued to try and save me money even after I was gone and out of his hair. Both of these guys are genuine people.
EDIT!!!! : So, I've reached my 5k miles and I took my car in for its service. the service department is getting on my last nerve. you ask them a simple question and they act like they don't know what is going on, along with the horrible attitude like they hate their lives. it sucks because if I knew how horrible and nerve racking it is to communicate with the service department I would have never gotten my car here it's ridiculous I have to deal with this I CANNOT trust someone with my car when they have an attitude like this. somebody please get back to me I will provide names and hopefully you guys can provide me with a response and solutions because if not I'm gonna have to look into going elsewhere, which is a shame.
