  • We scheduled an appointment for a Monday between 8am and 5pm. So I had to take a day off of work to supposedly meet someone to simply turn on our gas. It's 5:43 pm meaning u never even had to take the day off in the first place. And now the technician is 10 minutes away which goes against their policy of calling customers when they are 30 minutes away. As if I didn't have anything else to do but sit at home for 10 hours
