  • Cute entrance and gorgeous rooms. If only not located in Toronto as I did not find this city completely to my liking. But the review of this hotel should not be based on the city it is located.... The location within the city was excellent and it was easy enough to get to where I was planning to go as a tourist. The staff was remarkable helpful with cabs, room service and many of the other over the top needs that came my way. The gym was useful, never got to use the spa, but all in all I would gladly stay here again if I ever ventured to Toronto, but I'm positive I will never go to this city again. Much love for Canada... But Toronto is not a travel destination for pleasure.
