| - The problem with this place, is that they prefer to whore for business rather than take care of regular customers who have appointments.
I think it's reasonable to wait 10-15 minutes for an appointment as I understand that others may be late, or things may take longer than expected, but to wait 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment is out of line, which means they took a walk-in when they should have declined her.
To them, the $35 pedicure today was more important than the client who spends $140 a month with them.
When it got to be the 30 minute mark, I spoke up and politely asked what happened to my appointment, and Nancy blamed Ben and neither had an answer. They completely ignored me. Additionally it made the person who took MY appointment uncomfortable and they shouldn't put either of us in that position.
When I tried a different manicurist on another day, it took her an hour and a half to do a REGULAR manicure and I wear short real nails, nothing fancy, no gels.
Then when I tried to make an appointment on a Friday, Nancy interpreted my speaking up about my appointment as me being unreasonable about speaking up about my appointment starting 30 minutes late.
I never made a scene, I merely spoke up that I didn't appreciate that they took someone in my appointment time. That's the WHOLE POINT of the appointment Nancy and Ben.
I am sick of them kidnapping my time with these practices. A manicure should take 30-40 minutes top.
I took it as a sign that it was time to move on and I found an even better manicurist Anna at All Star Nails on Las Vegas Blvd.
