  • The only reason I put one star is because you can't continue to post the review without rating. But this place is definitely a zero in my book. I've been in here about 5-6 times with questions and every single time I've gotten horrible customer service. Now I'm a person who is polite and calm to people all the time so this review isn't coming from a rowdy person. I go to the store with my friend who is in my plan. My friend was under the impression that if you buy the Samsung Galaxy S6 you get a free Samsung tablet. He bought the phone in cash and all he had to do to get the tablet for free was buy the service which is only $10. He did that and they continued to charge him for the tablet for 2 months. We kept going back to the store to see why they were charging him for the tablet which they weren't supposed to. The guy who originally helped us with the tablet moved to another store more than likely for having a bad rep at this store. The guy who sold us the phone and tablet failed to tell my friend that you only get the tablet for free if you finance the phone instead of paying cash as my friend did. They weren't able to help, my friend is going to continue paying the tablet, but getting reimbursed by T-Mobile and the only way to get his reimbursement is by physically going to the T-Mobile store every month to get his money in increments until it's fully paid off. This store sucks. Don't come here if you need help.
