  • At first the staff was nice and seated my mom and I right away for our pedicures. My mom noticed immediately that her water for her feet was dirty and had skin clippings floating inside of it from the previous pedicure. After they cleaned it the pedicures proceeded. I asked the lady twice to not clean deep around my nails as I am sensitive but she continued to do so. My moms lady cut my moms toe several times. The pedicure and massage was fair but after a few days later I started to have a lot of pain in my right large toe. It became swollen and really tender to touch. I had a podiatrist I work with look at it and he said that it was infected and needed to be drained. It was so painful! My mom also happened to have an infected to around the same time as I. I do recall the techs using tools out of a caddy that were open to air. The tools did not seem to be pre Packaged or clean. I believe that the tools were dirty. I would never return to this nail salon.
