  • the worst experiance i have had as a 20 year rv owner. i wanted this company to wash my 1-1/2 year old 5th wheel. the owner talked me into a wash and wax instead. i made a big mistake accepting his proposal. the owner arrived with two employees @ 9:00 am. two hours after they start the owner disappears (never to return). the workers completed the right side of the trailer with questinable results and disappear around the trailer to the left side. after about two more hours i notice the electric buffer hasn't been operating. i questioned one of the employees about this and he stated the left side looked so good they did'nt need the buffer (big lie!!). at about 3:00 i walk around the trailer to report the first side they did was a mess. i was told no problem they wern't complete. then when i look at the left side they were working on i discovered it was an even worse mess than the right side. i texted the owner requesting he stop by and look things over. i recieved a call from him instead of a visit and he did nothing but provide excuses. i finally sent his guys packing @ 7:00 pm after there continued hit and misses try to correct the problems. i am now the owner of an almost new 5th wheel that looks 15 years old. this company has inexperianced, poorly trained employees that has an owner whose best skill is spreading bullshit.
