  • I took the day off work to get a couple of recalls done on my 2013 Altima. I pulled in and waited for help. After about 7 mins and seeing several service guys walk by, I asked if someone was going to help me. This person asked who my appt was with and stated he went home early. Someone would be with me soon. Waited again and someone came by and I handed over the keys. I said I would be waiting. I think my appt was at 1. I watched as customers came and went. Went out side to look around at other cars as I was shopping for a used car for my daughter. (Btw, short trip, it was over 115 degrees... ) I headed back in and waited for a while. I did not see my car. I waited inside for another hour then went out to ask for status to find my car parked in the sun with a tag on the mirror. I asked why it was there and I was told it was ready to go. This was at 4:15/4:30. The tech pulled it up and the car was piping hot. The norm is the car is pulled up in the shade and the air is running so you leave on a good note. Not my car! He handed me my paperwork and off I went. I checked the paperwork and my completion time was around 2:30pm. I saw this guy come in and out of the showroom many times to tell customers their car was ready. I was really unhappy about that so I called. The manager said I will look into this and I will call you back. That was a month ago. He said he would leave me a free detail in the system but I never called back to see if it was there. I want to trade my car in for a new one but not here. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
