Bought two bags of Organix adult cat food and got home to find that both bags were expired. Wrote to PetSmart Customer Service and they alerted this location. When I came in the manager, Jessie, acknowledged that she received the email by saying "you're the customer returning the Organix?" She didn't stop what she was doing to assist me so I went to the aisle myself to get new bags only to see that every single bag on the shelf was expired, many of the bags were months expired. Even after the store was alerted that I had bought expired bags, the managers and employees didn't have the decency to check the rest on the shelf. They didn't have any of this product to offer me that wasn't expired. Not to mention the dried dog piss all over the floor... The products sold at PetSmart can be found for cheaper on Amazon and are covered under Prime. It's not worth it to pay the extra for customer service anymore.
